76lb Carp in 1986, caught on SBS
We received this photo from a German SBS fan. He informed us that this picture has been displayed in his "angling basement" beneath his house for many years. Kevin Ellis caught this amazing 76lb mirror in France at Lac de Saint Cassien in 1986, using SBS bait. It is also interesting to note that the swim where Kevin caught the fish became known as Ellis point and that this name still survives to this day at the lake.
