Record Beating Week
We’ve heard a lot about the giant carp of Lake Harsany, that is why we’ve decidedto try our luck this year here. We had also the plan to record the most exciting moments of the sesson, so the SBS film-shooting stuff was also there with us. At the beginning of the session we did not know, that we are before the most memorable carp angling sessions what we ever had. The bite alarms were screaming night and day, so the camera-crew had a lot of things to do…
Our casting distance was about 120-130 meters and we feeded that area with C2 and C3 pellets, sweetcorn and soluble C2 boilies. We tied a Grip-Tip size 4 hook to the Discovery braided hooklink and combined a 20 mm C2 soluble boilie with a 10 mm Flumino Pop Up on the hair. SBS tapered lines are at the final testing phase, but we can say it helped a lot with the Materpiece mainline to reach the far distance.
The biggest fish of the session was 23,11 kg, Tomi has beaten his PB from hour to hour, and Lori also had great days, as he has also a new PB, with a 22,40 kg fish.
